Usha co-leads the Branding practice and pays special attention to the effectiveness of our Operations.

Sapna co-leads the Industrial Design practice. She also leads our thrust into IPR partnerships.

Hari heads Icarus’ new initiatives in Interpretive Design Research. He also leads the Digital User Experience practice.

Anup is intensely hands-on. He is passionate about form and its relationship with Mechanical Engineering.And Bullets-the two-wheeled kind.

Anurav is a Mechanical Engineering student who suspects he has been smitten by the Design bug. We hope to confirm his diagnosis.

Argha manages a multitude of Design projects at Icarus, especially those under the Branding practice. He also accepts all wagers against Arsenal FC.

Baiju has a background in sculpture. He puts his skills to good use by converting our concepts into accurate prototypes.

Dilip is a senior pro in the graphics team. He is into some serious photography, including the experimental. His light touch adds life to our branding work.

Raman is an engineer willing to tackle any complex design problem. He has great solid modelling skills. And an impressive haircut.

Dinesh oversees our Graphic Production team. He ensures that Icarus delivers on its design vision. Tireless, he handles multiple client requirements.

With a passion for product styling and interaction, Harish loves to add beauty, life and character to products. He also flies kites, the real ones!

Param keeps the systems at Icarus humming to some very upbeat Kannada tunes. He also keeps all our infrastructure in great shape.

Pawani has her fingers in many pies and coordinates the operational aspects of several Branding projects.

Rajesh is versatile, and works on a variety of Branding projects. His commitment to great delivery is total.

Sahir all-round skills make him a vital hub of the graphic design team. He also shoots like a pro, and has a mallu joke or two ready on cue. He is game for any game!

Saji’s concepts often surprise, and the mastery he has over the visual language ensures that we always deliver something exciting.

Sasi is the man for fine work. He loves detail and works hard at injecting beautiful visual ideas into his solutions.

Shyju is a wiz at 3d work. His work ensures that clients get to see their brands in exciting reality.

Sibi’s solutions are surprisingly fresh. He is unafraid of proposing something completely out of the box.

Subin is a sculptor who has shifted his focus to the technical aspects of graphic production.

Swagatha’s background is in Accessory Design. She is passionate about the language of form and is also keenly interested in structural packaging.

Varsha is a fashion communication student interning at Icarus. She is skilled with illustrations, and other graphic media.

Veera has several years of pragmatic industry experience. He heads our Plastics Engineering team.

Vijayan is deeply involved with packaging. He creates designs of surprising complexity and beauty.

Vinod’s interest in branding has driven him to hone his skills with color and form.

Yathish is our most important team member. He makes sure that all of us get paid on a regular basis !
